Refund Policy

Returns:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 30 days have expired since the date of your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All claims for refund or exchanged must be approved by Versus Wheels Australia Pty Ltd, expressed in writing. To make an application please email our team at sales@versuswheels.com.au

To be eligible to be able to return a product, your items MUST be unused and in the same original packaging that you have received them in.

All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

 

Refunds:

Once your return has been received, inspected and logged back into our warehouse, you will receive a notification email from our team alerting you to your goods being receipted. You will then receive a follow up email alerting you to the approval or rejection of your claim.

If you have been approved, then your refund will be processed, a credit will automatically be made against your original method of payment or alternatively, through mean of direct Electronic Funds Transfer, within a certain period of business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you have not yet received your refund yet, first check with your financial institute again, as there can be some processing time before a refund shows available.

If you have competed these steps and have still not received your refund yet, please reach out to our team at sales@versuswheels.com.au

 

Exchanges (if applicable):

Versus Wheels Australia Pty Ltd will only replace goods if they are deemed to be defective or damaged(within reason). If you require to exchange an item for an exact same, please reach out to our team at sales@versuswheels.com.au and ask for an Exchange Approval Form.

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item under any circumstance. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are to receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Dependent upon the State and Suburb you reside in, the time it may take for an item to be received by us can vary.

We recommend utilizing a shipping service with active tracking and shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.
